SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), your shipping method, and your shipment's destination.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number, as well as a link to track it online.
SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA
EIGHT X offers free shipping on all orders that are over $50; placed through our website; and shipped within the United States.
To qualify for free shipping in Canada, the order must be over $100.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import fees, duties, etc. - please read below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note that international orders, including orders to Canada, are subject to your country’s clearance charges, such as import fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are put in place by a country’s import/export regulations. These fees are neither placed nor collected by Eight-X, and Eight-X is not responsible for the total charge you may incur from these fees. Moreover, Eight-X does not predict the total charges that may be collected by your home government. Eight-X cannot offer reimbursement for these charges.
Due to Covid-19, USPS First Class Package International may experience delays longer than the 7-21 day estimate. For faster shipping, choose DHL or UPS.
RETURNS
Eight X offers a standard 30 day return policy. All returns must be approved by Eight X. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
We offer free returns and exchanges to United States customers only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ALL SALE items, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund on sale items. PM Edition Products are not eligible for Seel Return Asurance. All Boxers and Masks products are final sale - no refunds or exchange, unless you add Seel Return Assurance. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A return shipping label will be sent to you free of charge.
Before returning, please contact us using the link below, and include your RA number with the reason for the return. Products that are returned to us without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging, in one single shipment. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
